I’m using Armenian clay mix with Spain clay. All my works passing two time burning under temperature 1000 Celsius, in temperature 500 Celsius all organic thing already buring out ( so it cant change ph in your water). Second part is glazing, glazes are hi temperature colors they are becoming liquid in temperature 950-1000 Celsius and then getting look that you see, they are close with structure with glass. Else of it all my glazes is food safe.
So be sure that pH in your water cant be changed when using my works.
