Returns and exchange details
I really hope that you will be happy with products purchased in my shop. However, if you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. I will also give a refund or replace an item, if your ceramics will break on its way. I will require a photo of the broken object for claim purposes
Payment Policy
Payment by paypal. If you dont have paypal account you can register it in 5 min without any problem. Payment with paypal is more safe for buyer and for seller too. Any question let me know. I am always happy to help
Shipping Policy
Depending on the item it will take from 1 to 5 days to ship it after your order has been placed. I use a very safe packaging such as bubble wrap and popcorn to make sure that such fragile objects as ceramics will arrive safely to you. I use Registered International Post for delivery and will update you with expecting delivery time as soon as I post the item.
Delivery time to the US and Canada – usually 1.5-3.5 week.
Delivery time to Europe – 1.5-2.5 week.
We can not control customs work, so shipping time can be faster if customs work as they most.
Shipped order sending back by post office if costumer dont pick up it 15 days
